Tim Ifill, Executive Director
Tim co-founded Philly Fellows with Matt Joyce in 2004. He grew up just outside of Philadelphia in Abington, PA. After graduating from Haverford with a degree in linguistics, Tim spent two seasons working for the U.S. Forest Service in California's Eastern Sierras. Upon returning to Philly, Tim worked for After School Activities Partnerships coordinating the Philadelphia Youth Chess Challenge.

Julie Woodard, Program Manager
Born and raised in Indiana, PA, Julie came to Philadelphia to attend Temple University, where she earned her B.A. in American Studies. Her work with local non-profit agencies, AchieveAbility and The Sustainable Business Network of Greater Philadelphia during college sparked her interest in Philly Fellows as a post-graduate opportunity. A member of the 2006-2007 inaugural class, Julie served as a Parks Project Coordinator at The Pennsylvania Horticultural Society and joined the Philly Fellows staff after her fellowship year in 2007.

Jenn Rineer, Outreach Manager
Jenn joined the Philly Fellows team after participating in the program in 2007-2008. After attending college in the city, Jenn was excited about the opportunity to learn more about Philadelphia and live with other graduates committed to service work. She became interested in marketing and outreach in her fellowship position as Public Relations Associate at Women Against Abuse. Jenn grew up in Roselle Park, NJ and earned a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania.
