Please note: our application deadline for 2012-2013 host agencies has passed. We will start up the process in late summer of 2012 for 2013-2014

Application Timeline:

Late Summer, 2012: Philly Fellows begins agency recruiting process and posts Reply Forms.

September 30, 2012:   Reply Forms (letters of intent) due to Philly Fellows

Mid-October, 2012:  Selected agencies invited to submit full applications for fellows, including a detailed job description. Summaries of these agencies' projects will appear on Philly Fellows' website and in fellow recruitment materials.            

Late November, 2012:  Full applications due to Philly Fellows.

December 2012: Site visits by Philly Fellows staff.

Early January 2013: 20-25 agencies selected as "finalists" to interview with fellows.

February/March 2013: 2012-2013 Philly Fellows selected

March/April 2013: 15-20 of these agencies matched with fellows

Early August, 2013: Fellowships begin.
