Hosting a Philly Fellow is a great way for non-profit organizations to gain a talented and motivated full-time employee at a fraction of the typical salary. Fellows can be invaluable resources to help get new projects off the ground or add capacity to organizations to increase productivity and  further their mission. Philly Fellows are selected from among the top college graduates in the region. Because fellows have the opportunity to select from a diverse variety of placements, your agency will receive a fellow who has a clear interest in the work and mission of the organization.

Philly Fellows is a partner to the AmeriCorps*VISTA program and all fellows receive their stipends, benefits, and education awards through VISTA. In addition, Philly Fellows provides all housing and most transportation expenses for the fellows.

We have already filled our 2010-2011 placements. Philly Fellows will begin accepting agency reply forms for the 2011-2012 fellowship in late summer/early fall.
