•Fellows select from 20-25 engaging and challenging positions at some of Philadelphia’s most dynamic non-profit agencies.

•Fellows receive furnished housing, which they share with other members of the program, in a vibrant Philadelphia neighborhood. Rent and utilities are all paid by the program.

•Fellows receive a $950 monthly stipend, health insurance,student loan forbearance, and a $4,725 education award (upon completion of the program). These benefits are awarded through the AmeriCorps*VISTA program.

•Fellows receive a $60/month transportation stipend.

•Fellows have regular opportunities to participate in leadership training, networking programs and events with Philadelphia’s civic leaders.

•The program sponsors fellows’ participation in Philadelphia-based cultural and social activities throughout the year.
